As we are a non-profit organisation, our accommodation prices are kept as low as possible.
- Low season, from as little as £10.90 pppn and high season from as little as £12.10 pppn.

 

 

Low Season 1 November – 31 March

Midweek - Sun/Thursday incl
£260.00 per night – for up to 24 people*

Weekend – Fri-Sat (2 nights)
£595.00 – for up to 24 people* for the 2 nights

SPECIAL OFFER: Bookings for 5 or more nights are charged at the midweek rate.

New Year's Eve: Please add an additional New Year's Eve premium of £155.

*Plus £5 per additional person per night for bookings over 24 people up to a maximum group size of 30.

High Season 1 April – 31 October

Midweek - Sun/Thursday incl
£290 per night – for up to 24 people*

Weekend – Fri-Sat (2 nights)
£665 – for up to 24 people* for the 2 nights

Booking Conditions

  • Sole occupancy of Shackleton Lodge and kitchen/dining block
  • Electricity and gas is included
  • Minimum 2 nights
  • £150 deposit is payable to secure a booking, this will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the premises following departure (see Terms & conditions)
  • The full balance of your booking is payable two months prior to your arrival
  • Groups are expected to leave the facility as they would wish to find it (guidelines and equipment are provided)
  • Groups should bring their own food and consumables such as tea towels, bedding and towels
  • Groups must be school groups, field studies, educational trips, college/university trips, scouts/guides, Duke of Edinburgh, church trips or any other that promotes the development and education of young people. Please contact us if you are unsure

Terms & Conditions

Deposit: Your deposit will be returned on satisfactory inspection following your stay. It will be retained if your booking is cancelled or postponed, or if your stay incurs costs to us (such as repair or cleaning).
Cancellations: The full balance of your booking is payable two months prior to your arrival. Should you have to cancel or postpone your booking, the following terms apply:
  • More than 61 days notice – deposit retained
  • 31-60 days notice – 50% of hire fee and deposit retained
  • Less than 30 days notice – 100% of hire fee and deposit retained
Arrival and departure: Your hire period commences at 4.00pm on the first day and ends at 10.00am on the day of departure.
