Dates: 21st July – 2nd August 2012

Cost: £550

Accommodation: youth-hostel style dorms at our centre, camping while on expedition

Pre-requisites: aged between 16-25 and enrolled onto Gold DofE, completed a lower level of the Award or one practice journey, first aid for exped training complete, good physical fitness.

This year’s DofE began on the last gloriously sunny Saturday of July; eight young people and the leader team spent the afternoon getting to know each other, checking equipment and talking about rucksack packing before we launched into the course on Sunday!
